# Helios One

## What Helios does

One agent, on top of the ERP you already run:

- **Chat that knows your ERP**: Ask about production, costs, and orders in a
  chat. The agent answers with figures from your ERP, and every figure has a
  source.
- **From email straight into the ERP**: Customer orders and RFQs arrive in
  your mailbox. The agent drafts the product structures and orders from them,
  ready to go — the user only approves. An order PDF becomes a product
  structure immediately.
- **Reports without the manual work**: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  for management, the board, and shareholders — today someone digs the figures
  out of the ERP by hand every week. The agent pulls the figures, computes the
  KPIs and charts, writes the summary, and hands back a finished file on
  request. Output as PDF, DOCX, XLSX (Excel), or a BI report. Your own
  documents (a production memo PDF, for example) can be attached and read into
  the report alongside the ERP data.
- **An up-to-date picture of the factory**: When entries are made on time,
  the order book, load, and margins hold true — and the reports come out of
  the same data.

## How it works

- **It connects to your systems**: ERP, Excel, accounting and other sources.
  It replaces none of them.
- **Your data stays yours**: Helios reads your systems, it does not change
  them.
- **Starting is quick**: no migration and no multi-month project. Read access
  is enough to begin.
- The agent lives on top of the customer's existing ERP — it does not replace
  it. It connects to systems such as Lemonsoft, Monitor, Visma, Visma L7,
  C9000, and Procountor (Finland); JobBOSS², ProShop, Global Shop Solutions,
  Epicor, NetSuite, and QuickBooks (US); plus SAP, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot,
  Excel, and Google Sheets.
- The agent reads the mailbox (orders, RFQs, confirmations with attachments),
  prepares the ERP entries, and a human approves them. Every entry is
  traceable.
- The same agent answers questions about the ERP data in chat, with sources,
  and builds the periodic reports from that same data.
